- Built an AI outbound system that runs the full go-to-market motion end to end, from account research and enrichment to bespoke per-company work-samples and reply tracking.
- Placed top-7 of 200 plus teams (2nd in the EdTech track) at Lotus Hack 2026, Vietnam's largest hackathon, as product and front-end lead of a five-person team building Edify, an AI university-matching platform.
GFI Group (GFI Ventures, VBI Academy)
Jun 2023 to Oct 2025Business Development, Intern to Head of BD
- Closed over $220K in partnership revenue and grants for a leading Vietnam Web3 agency, working with Layer-1 foundations including Sui, NEAR, Polkadot, Algorand, Cardano, Movement, Saga, and Lisk, plus $150K in cloud credits secured.
- Won Sui as the company's first major client beyond NEAR, building the pitch materials and closing the deal alongside the BD lead; originated and closed the Algorand and Polkadot partnerships solo, end to end.
- Co-designed the company's developer-acquisition package, an 8-week bootcamp followed by a 4 to 6 week hackathon, and sold it to seven Layer-1 partners, including a Cardano Catalyst grant he originated and wrote.
- Helped organize NEAR APAC 2023, the largest blockchain event in Vietnam that year, owning the speaker journey for 70 plus international speakers and moderating a panel on stage.
- Climbed from intern to Head of Business Development in about 18 months, then built and led the department through Oct 2025, including a direct report, with partnership work across Portugal, Singapore, Thailand, the United States, Indonesia, and Taiwan.

- Led the club's flagship forums (500 plus expected attendance), closing the club's first-ever sponsors and hosting speakers including Binance's Vietnam Country Manager and the CEOs of Timo, Infina, and Tititada.
